The Triad Business Journal ran a nice profile of Signature Property Group’s Seth Coker in it’s January 13, 2012 edition. Seth is also PTAA’s Vice President this year. From the profile:
The apartment market is the one bright spot in Triad real estate, with developers building or proposing at least $378 million in Triad apartments last year, according to Business Journal reporting. And Signature Property Group stands at the center of some of the most high-profile developments in the Gate City.
Seth Coker and partner Frank Auman oversee the building, development and management of about 2,600 units spread over 11 complexes. Signature is currently adding 79 units to its popular CityView Apartments at Southside downtown with an investment of $6.5 million.
