The Keystone at Walkertown Landing apartments will be on 17.4 acres near the intersection of N.C. 66 and U.S. 158 in the Walkertown Landing mixed-use project, which comprises 30 total acres.
The Walkertown Town Council last week approved the rezoning of that 17.4-acre tract to residential use, which will allow for construction to move forward.
The apartment community will include amenities such as a pool, fitness and business center and a community clubhouse. The 198-unit first phase should be ready for leasing in the first or second quarter of 2015, Wallace said.
Keystone Group also owns Wendover at Meadowood in Greensboro and Wallburg Landing in Wallburg.
Wallburg Landing was one of the stops on PTAA’s 2013 New Construction Bus Tour (pictured below).
