Apartment transactions in the Triad are continuing at a steady pace, the most recent example being a 100-unit community in northwest Greensboro. From the Triad Business Journal:
A luxury apartment community in the Piedmont Triad International Airport submarket has sold for $16.2 million...
Piedmont Place at 5817 Garden Village Court has 100 units with either one or two bedrooms, and garages. Amenities include hardwood floors, granite countertops, a tankless hot water system, garden tubs and a community clubhouse and pool.
The new owner has hired Hawthorne Residential Partners to manage the community, built in 2015.

Kansas City-based SBV Communities, the multi-family real estate division of Spectrum Business Ventures, Inc., recently closed on its fifth acqusition of a Greensboro apartment property, buying the 109-unit LeMans at Lawndale at 205 West Cone Blvd. in a transaction that closed on June 26th. ..
Last month, the investment firm purchased Lexington Commons, a 106-unit apartment complex located just north of downtown Greensboro. And at the end of May the firm bought three smaller apartment communities on Hewitt St in Greensborototaling 503 units for $10.5 million, including Misty Creek Apts., Wendover Apts., and Aspen Woods Apts.

Resource Real Estate sold the 370-unit Enclave at North Point at 4260 Brownsboro Rd. in Winston Salem, NC to Threshold Capital for $9.3 million, or approximately $25,000 per unit.
The 352,100-square-foot apartment community consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units in 49 buildings. It was built in 1978 and renovated in 2011 in the NW Forsyth County submarket, and was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale.
