The developers of the Greenway at Fisher Park community are planning a 70-unit project by NewBridge Bank Park in Greensboro:
After completing a $10 million, 196-unit apartment community in downtown Greensboro this fall, developers Jim and Steve Jones expect to start by next summer on the second phase — a $6 million, 74,000-square-foot building that will house about 70 rental units.
The Jones brothers, whose “Greenway at Fisher Park” apartment project is located on the former North State Chevrolet site downtown, are planning a four-story building called “Greenway at Stadium Park.” That building will go up at the corner of North Eugene and West Smith streets, adjacent to NewBridge Bank Park…
The second phase will feature the same high-end amenities offered at the Greenway apartments and also an elevator, a courtyard area and possibly an observation deck to showcase views of the stadium.
Jones said monthly rents at Greenway at Stadium Park will range between $850 and $1,600 per month. The project will include a handful of three-bedroom units, which are not available in the first phase.
